Wello Chat offers customer support services on the go for small and medium-sized businesses, who already have an online presence.
Our goal is to help these businesses reach greater profits by increasing customer satisfaction and decreasing time spent on customer support tasks.
How do we work?
We offer our services at a fraction of the cost of a dedicated customer support team or the development cost of a chatbot. We are a dedicated team with a well-built knowledge base. We provide support in English and in Hungarian, and answer the questions of your visitors within a minute, whether they come directly to your website or via Facebook Messenger.
How did we come up with this idea?
Based on our study of 588.117 Hungarian (.hu) websites, less than 1% of them have a live chat option.
In another study we asked 200 individuals and they said a live chat option is just as important as a phone call or email. The expected response time on these channels is a maximum of 3-5 minutes. 95% of customers prefer talking to a human versus a robot.
What about other solutions?
People don’t like it. Building a chatbot costs a lot of money and you will never be able to teach the bot everything.
Having your own customer support team will cost even more and most of the time they won’t have anything to do. And don’t get me started on holidays, sick leave, etc.
Maintaining a detailed Q&A section on your site is a good idea, but who knows if potential customers have time to read it and find what they need?
Outsourcing these tasks comes with its own difficulties. Foreign call centers might not have Hungarian speakers. But if you ask a Hungarian call center, your business might be too small for them.
If you want to do it yourself, there won’t be any problem with the quality, but you will have to be available at all times, stop whatever you are doing whenever a new message pops up.
And if you don’t take this seriously, it will be like having an l actual shop where customers are not greeted. It won’t help you succeed, that’s for sure.

As a team we started on June 1st, 2018, Our team was established on June 1st, 2018. That year we applied and got accepted to the international mentor program of Design Terminal (then known as Wellcome.Chat). On top of that, we also won the award of “Most improved team”!
